Brundall
Cremer’s Meadow is a small, publicly owned wildlife reserve reached from Blofield Road in Brundall. Its mixture of meadow, pond and scrub gives a visitor a chance to watch ordinary local birds within a compact site. The parish’s 2024 survey recorded 25 bird species using the meadow, including Blackcap, Chiffchaff, Goldfinch and Blue Tit. It makes a useful village stop for someone who enjoys listening and watching along a short walk. Wildflowers add interest, with the owner highlighting orchids in June. The reserve opens from dawn until dusk; dogs must remain on leads.
