Holme-next-the-Sea
Redwell Marsh is a small coastal wetland of cattle-grazed fields, ditches and shallow scrapes beside the River Hun. Its water levels change through the year, attracting passing waders when muddy margins appear. The public boundary route gives an open-air look at the marsh, while the hide is reserved for members with a key. Cetti’s Warbler, Snipe and passage sandpipers feature in the operator’s account. Choose this stop for quiet marsh-edge watching rather than a long network of reserve trails.
